Handheld cable tie gun is connected with the host machine. There is a 2.2m length feeding tube between the cable tie gun and the host. This type machine often used to bundle wire harness in board or in home appliance. Such as oven wire harness, air condition wire harness, rice cooker wire harness etc.

Instructions

1. Put nylon cable ties into vibration bowl.

2. Adjust the knob to the required tension force for cable ties.

3. Place the bundled objects into the middle of Jaws of cable tie gun.

4. Touch the trigger, cable ties would be wrapped the objects, tightened and cut off. The cable tie gun would cut the excess tie when it reaches the tension.

Please check whether the interface between the vibration bowl and the machine is well connected. After reconnecting the interface, tighten the four small fixing screws of the vibration bowl, allow the vibration bowl to be full of nylon cable ties before starting work. In addition, many burrs or deformations of nylon cable ties can also cause jamming, and you need to pick out the bad cable ties.

2. Can I use T36100 and T25100 in one machine?

No, their width is different. The vibration bowl can deal with one kind of cable ties.

3. Can I adjust the binding forces?

Yes, pls turn a knob to adjust them. The max is 8kg.
