Automatic cable tie tool is a packing machine for nylon cable ties. SWT25080H bundle PCBA wire harness of kithchen appliance with nylon zip ties. The operation speed is fast, about 0.7S.

1. Using nylon cable ties, W2.5 * L80mm. 1,000pcs/bag.

2. Handhled cable tie gun is small and easy to hold. The weight is 0.84kg.

3. Touch the trigger, the cable tie gun starts to wrap, pull and tighten, cut off nylon cable ties. The waste materials are collected into a box.

4. Auto detect jammed. If cable tie is jammed in the gun, it can detect and deal with jamme cable tie, then restart.

5. The binding forces are adjustable(2kgf, 3.5kgf, 5kgf, 6.5kgf,8kgf).

6. The cable tie gun can adapt to bundle diffetent diameters items. SWT25080H, the max bundle diameter is 14mm.
