UL94V2 Indoor AC220V Automatic Cable Tie Tool Cable Tying Machine
There are many different kinds of automatic cable tie tools in our
factory, such as handheld cable tie gun, fixed cable tie gun and
special cable tie gun for motor coil. Now, let’s introduce one of
fixed cable tie guns, SWT25120F.
Advantage
1. Automatically bundling nylon cable ties T25120 after treading
the foot pedal.
2. The bundle speed is 1.0S when you use our cable tie gun. If
worker picks the item up and place it in the middle of jaws, it
would take about 1.5Seconds. Then it can bundle 1440pcs cable tie
in a hour. And a worker picks single cable tie up, wrap, pull and
tighten, and cut off, that would take about 6seconds or even more.
He/she can bundle 600pcs. It is very slowly.
3. The bundle forces are adjustable. The max bundle force is 8kg.
If the force can meet your require, it is should be smaller and
better.
4. Cable tie gun can be fixed anywhere that you want. And
Operator’s hands are free.
5. The machine is able to handle the work pieces with step feature.
6. Cable tie gun can be applied to full automation line with a
robot.

Application
SWT25120F is an automatic cable tie machine with fixed cable tie
gun.
Second, it uses nylon cable ties W2.5*L120mm. The diameter of
bundled items is from 2mm to 22mm.
The items could be wire harness, plastic tubes, PCB harness, bags
of powder and so on.
